I received a reply to a support inquiry to Vonage (about their Vonage Business product, previously called Vocalocity).  Very impressive:

There’s not a ticket portal for me to log into and not a way to reply to this message.  Thankfully, the answer to my question was (sort-of) in the email reply, but still a rather poor showing.  Not that I expected much from a business aimed primarily at consumers, but come on!
